中低速磁浮复杂地段轨道施工方法研究

摘要 中低速磁浮作为新型轨道交通形式,其推广前景巨大,但受限于设计、环境、施工等因素的影响,目前在车站、隧道、路基段等承轨台浇筑及轨道铺设等均采用人工作业.作业效率低,作业方法陈旧,无法满足机械化生产.针对复杂地段的承轨台浇筑和轨排铺设提出了新的铺设方法,旨在提高施工效率.同时,提高中低速磁浮轨道施工的机械化、自动化程度,为后续中低速磁浮轨道施工提供可借鉴的施工方法. As a new type of rail transit,the medium and low speed maglev has a bright future.Due to the influence of design,environment,construction and other factors,at present,manual operation is used in the pouring of bearing platform and track laying in stations,tunnels,subgrade sections,etc.The operation efficiency is low and the operation method is old,which can not meet the mechanized production.In this paper,a new laying method is proposed for the pouring of bearing platform and the laying of rail row in these complex sections,aiming at improving the construction efficiency.At the same time,improve the mechanization and automation of the construction of the medium and low speed maglev track,and provide a reference for the subsequent construction of the medium and low speed maglev track.
