西宁地区自由基与膝关节骨性关节炎分级的相关性研究 被引量:1

Correlation between Free Radicals and Grading of Knee Osteoarthritis in Xining Area

摘要 目的:研究西宁地区(平均海拔2 260m)人群血液及关节液中自由基含量与膝关节OA分级的关系及相关性。方法:收集2017年1月-2017年12月在我院就诊的OA患者78例,根据OA放射学病情分级标准(Kellgren法和Lawrence法)将OA患者分为0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级,在患者知情同意下抽取患者膝关节腔积液和血清样本,运用Elisa方法检测血清和关节液中SOD、NO、MDA含量,与20例0级正常人进行比较并进行相关性分析。结果:OA患者血清及关节液中MDA相对于正常人在早期升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);OA患者血清及关节液中SOD含量相对于正常人随疾病进展均表现出下降趋势(P<0.05);同时,OA患者血清中NO水平相对于正常人均表现出增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明,膝关节OA患者血清及关节液中NO含量与MDA含量呈正相关关系。结论:OA患者血清及关节液中MDA、SOD在初期增高,同时NO水平在各期均增加。本结果可以为西宁地区OA的诊断及治疗提供数据参考。 Objectives:This research is aimed to study the relationship between free radical content in blood and joint fluid and OA grading of knee joint in xining area(mean altitude 2 260 m).Methods:Patients with OA were choosen between January 2017 and December 2017 in The Second People’s Hospital of Xining. According to the OA disease classification standard radiology(Kellgren and Lawrence method),these OA patients were divided into Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ level.Under the patient’s informed consent,the serum samples from patients with knee joint cavity effusion were extracted,using Elisa method to detect super oxide dismutase(sod),nitric oxide,malondialdehyde content in serum and joint fluid,while the correlation analysis was carried on.Results:MDA in the serum and articular fluid of OA patients increased in the early stage compared with normal patients(P<0.05).SOD content in serum and joint fluid of OA patients showed a decreasing trend compared with normal people with the progression of disease(P<0.05). At the same time,the level of NO in the serum of OA patients increased relatively to the average person(P<0.05). The correlation analysis showed that the content of NO in serum and the joint fluid of patients with knee OA were positively correlated with the content of MDA.Conclusions:MDA and SOD in serum and articular fluid of OA patients increased in the initial stage,while NO level increased in each stage. The results can be used as a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of OA in Xining area.
