摘要
某黄金矿山生物氧化-氰化炭浸工艺产生的氰化尾渣中金品位较高,为2. 40~3. 60 g/t。试验考察了焙烧氧化-氰化浸出工艺回收金的可行性。结果表明:在焙烧温度500℃、弱氧化气氛下焙烧120 min,获得的焙砂在氧化钙用量15 kg/t、矿浆浓度33%、氰化钠用量1. 0 kg/t、浸出时间24 h条件下进行氰化浸出,浸渣产率为88. 80%,金浸出率在94. 92%以上;采用焙烧氧化-氰化浸出工艺回收氰化尾渣中的金是可行的。该研究为氰化尾渣中金的回收利用提供数据参考。
The gold grade of the cyanide tailings produced in the bio-oxidation-CIL process by roasting oxidation-cyanide leaching process in a gold mine is relatively high at 2. 40-3. 60 g/t.
