Inspiration of International Energy Transformation Practice to China under Requirement of Ecological Environment Protection

自然环境是人类赖以生存和发展的空间和场所,也是人类社会生产力发展的前提和基础。纵观人类近现代工业文明和世界能源发展历程可以看出发达国家都曾遭受过生态失衡、能源过耗、环境污染和物种灭绝等生态问题,严重的发展危机催生了绿色经济、生态经济、循环经济等新型发展概念,发达国家着重在能源产业结构调整和能源循环利用方面积极转型,创建了以低碳化、循环化为主要特征的能源转型模式。本文探讨了具有中国特色的能源转型升级和清洁能源技术的有效战略。

The natural environment is not only the space and place for the survival and development of human beings,but also the premise and foundation for the development of productive forces of human society.An overview of modern industrial civilization and the history of energy development in the world shows that developed countries have all suffered from ecological problems such as ecological imbalance,excessive energy consumption,environmental pollution and species extinction.The serious development crisis has given birth to new development concepts such as green economy,ecological economy and circular economy.The developed countries are focusing on the structural adjustment of the energy industry and the positive transformation of the energy circular utilization.A model of energy transformation characterized by low carbon and recycling has been established.This paper discusses the effective strategy of energy transformation and upgrading and clean energy technology with Chinese characteristics.
