摘要
为了深入研究降雨时的产流、产污等特征,对降雨过程中的径流水量水质进行监测,分析所研究区域内不同功能区雨水径流以及面源污染特征,运用雨水径流管理模型对研究区域内的径流产流以及径流污染进行动态模拟以及预测。在上述基础上,通过GIS以及水质模型组建雨水排放系统水质径流污染控制模型,通过雨水排放系统水质径流污染控制模型去区域环境容量进行计算,同时引入经济学参数-基尼系数对区域总量进行分配,给出相应的水质径流污染控制措施。
In order to study the characteristics of runoff and pollution during rainfall,the runoff water quality in the rainfall process is monitored,and the rainwater runoff and non-point source pollution characteristics of different functional areas in the study area are analyzed.The rainwater runoff management model is used in the study area.Dynamic simulation and prediction of runoff were conducted.The water quality runoff pollution control model of the storm water drainage system is established by GIS and water quality model.The watershed runoff pollution control model of the rainwater discharge system is used to calculate the regional environmental capacity,and the economic parameter-Gini coefficient is introduced to allocate the regional total.The corresponding water quality runoff pollution control measures are given.
