摘要
通过紫外可见分光光度法研究了在添加絮凝剂和干强剂的条件下,PAE湿强剂在阔叶木浆、针叶木浆、混合浆中的吸附量和吸附率。结果表明,PAE湿强剂在314nm处有特征吸收峰;与针叶木浆相比,PAE湿强剂在阔叶木浆中有更高的吸附量和吸附率;添加絮凝剂和干强剂能够显著提高PAE湿强剂的吸附量和吸附率。
The adsorption capacity and adsorption rate of PAE wet strength agent in hardwood pulp, softwood pulp and mixed pulp were studied by UV-vis spectrophotometry with the addition of flocculant and dry strength agent. The results showed that PAE wet strength agent had a characteristic absorption peak at 314 nm. Compared with softwood pulp, PAE wet strength agent had higher adsorption capacity and adsorption rate in hardwood pulp. After adding flocculant and dry strength agent, the adsorption capacity and adsorption rate of PAE wet strength agent were improved significantly.
