工业大数据系统在造纸产业仓储物流的应用研究

The Application of Industrial Big Data System in the Storage and Logistics of Paper Industry

随着现代信息技术和电子商务的飞速发展,造纸及纸制品产业仓储物流的重要性已经被人们广泛认可。基于工业大数据系统在造纸企业仓储物流中的应用进行了分析。首先对工业大数据、造纸产业仓储物流的相关技术与核心架构进行了分析;其次总结了当前造纸及纸制品产业仓储物流发展过程中存在的问题;最后构建了基于工业大数据系统的造纸及纸制品产业仓储物流管理系统。构建的智能化仓储物流系统实现了当前阶段,造纸及纸制品产业仓储物流的规划阶段方案、设计、稳定性最优化,同时对未来我国造纸及纸制品产业信息化生产、管理带来的发展优势进行了展望。

With the rapid development of modern information technology and e-commerce, the importance of warehouse logistics in paper and paper products industry has been widely recognized. the application of industrial big data system in the storage logistics of paper industry was analyzed. Firstly, the related technologies and core framework of industrial big data and paper-making warehousing logistics were analyzed;secondly, the existing problems in the development process of paper-making and paper products industry warehouse logistics were summarized;finally, the papermaking and paper products industry warehouse logistics management system based on industrial big data system were constructed. The intelligent warehouse logistics system realized the optimization of planning, design and stability in the current stage of the warehousing logistics of paper and paper products industry. At the same time, the development advantages brought by the informatization production and management of China’s paper and paper products industry in the future were prospected.
