多学科团队模式在糖尿病管理中的应用

Application of multidisciplinary team model in diabetes management

目的探讨多学科团队模式在糖尿病管理中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2018年4月-2019年3月在我院确诊住院治疗的80例糖尿病患者,随机分为2组各40例,对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组采用多学科团队模式管理,观察2组糖尿病知识水平、自我管理能力量表评分、FPG、2 hPG及HbAlc情况。结果观察组患者糖尿病知识的掌握程度、自我管理能力均高于对照组;2组FPG、2 hPG及HbAlc水平较干预前均有下降,且观察组各项水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科团队模式利用多专业资源整合,为糖尿病患者提供全程、优质、专业的服务,从而使糖尿病患者掌握相关知识,学会自我管理。

Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary team model in diabetes management.Methods by convenient sampling method,80 diabetic patients who were diagnosed and hospitalized in our hospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,40 in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing management,the observation group adopted multi-disciplinary team management,and the level of diabetes knowledge level,self-management ability scale score,FPG,2 hPG and HbAlc were observed in the two groups.Results the level of FPG,2 hPG and HbAlc in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion the multi-disciplinary team model uses multi-disciplinary resources integration to provide full,high-quality and professional services for diabetic patients,so that diabetic patients can master relevant knowledge and learn self-management.
