2016年昆明市高血压患者并发症发生和治疗情况调查

Survey on complications and treatment of hypertensive patients,Kunmin city,2016

目的了解昆明市高血压患者并发症发生和治疗情况,为相关工作提供参考数据。方法 2016年3~5月,采用多阶段分层抽样方法,抽取昆明市≥35岁高血压患者1 234例为调查对象。采用面对面询问的方式进行问卷调查,内容包括基本情况和并发症情况等。采用SPSS 17.0进行检验。结果调查1 234例高血压患者,高血压患者并发症发生率为34.93%,1~5种并发症的发生率分别为18.31%、7.21%、5.35%、1.22%、2.84%,男女性、不同年龄段、不同病程的患者并发症种数构成差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);高血压患者并发症中,心脏、脑卒中、大小动脉、肾损伤、眼底病变的发生率分别为18.64%、11.26%、12.64%、5.51%、19.77%,治疗率分别为64.78%、58.27%、55.13%、61.76%、51.23%。结论昆明市高血压患者并发症发生率较高,治疗率偏低。

Objective To understand the occurrence and treatment of complications in patients with hypertension in Kunming city,so as to provide reference data for related work. Methods Multi-stage stratified sampling method was used and 1 234 hypertensive patients aged 35 and over in Kunming city were selected as subjects for investigation.Questionnaires were conducted by face-to-face interview,including basic information and complications.SPSS 17.0 was used for inspection. Results The incidence of complications in hypertension patients was 34.93%.The incidence of 1,2,3,4,5 complications was 18.31%,7.21%,5.35%,1.22% and 2.84% respectively.There were significant differences in the number of complications between men and women,different age groups and different course of disease(P<0.01).Among the complications of hypertension,the incidence of heart,stroke,arterioles,kidneys and fundus diseases was 18.64%,11.26%,12.64%,5.51% and 19.77% respectively,and the treatment rates were 64.78%,58.27%,55.13%,61.76% and 51.23% respectively. Conclusion The complication rate of patients with hypertension in Kunming city is high and the treatment rate is low.
