2009~2018年南阳市卧龙区乙型病毒性肝炎流行病学特征分析

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis B,Wolong district,Nanyang city,2009-2018

目的了解南阳市卧龙区乙型病毒性肝炎发病现状和流行病学特征,为制定乙型病毒性肝炎防控策略提供科学依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制系统收集数据,采用描述性流行病学方法,对2009~2018年南阳市卧龙区乙型病毒性肝炎疫情资料进行分析。结果南阳市卧龙区2009~2018年共报告发生乙肝病例9 907例,年均发病率为110.17/10万。不同年份发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。发病无明显的季节性,全年均有发病。发病最多的乡镇为陆营镇941例,潦河镇770例,卧龙岗办735例。发病年龄主要集中在20~49岁共6 668例、占发病总数的67.31%。男性发病5 982例,女性发病3 925例(P<0.01)。发病以农民最多6 912例、占发病总数的69.77%。结论南阳市卧龙区2009~2018年乙肝发病呈上升趋势,青年和农民是乙肝防治的重点人群。

Objective To understand the current incidence and epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis B in Wolong district Nanyang city,so as to provide scientific evidence for developing prevention and control strategy. Methods Data of viral hepatitis B infection status in Wolong district,Nanyang city from 2009 to 2018 were collected by Chinese Disease Prevention and Control System,and analyzed by using a descriptive epidemiological method. Results A total of 9 907 cases of hepatitis B infection were reported in Wolong district,Nanyang city,from 2009 to 2018,with an average annual incidence rate of 110.17/10~5.There was no obvious seasonality of the infection,and it occurred throughout the year.The towns with the highest incidence were 941 cases in Luying town,770 cases in Luohe town,and 735 cases in Wollongang.The age of onset was mainly concentrated in 6 668 cases aged 20 to 49,accounting for 67.31% of the total number of cases.There were 5 982 cases in male and 3 925 cases in female.(P<0.01).6 912 cases were found in farmers,accounting for 69.77% of the total number of cases. Conclusion The infection of hepatitis B showed an increasing trend in Wolong district of Nanyang city from 2009 to 2018,and youth and farmers are the key groups in the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B.
