摘要
目的评定气质联用法测定植物油中3-氯-1,2-丙二醇酯的不确定度。方法根据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度的评定和表示》,建立测量3-MCPD酯不确定度的数学模型,并对不确定度分量识别,计算不同来源不确定度分量、合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果 3-MCPD酯结果为0.40 mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.07 mg/kg。结果表示(0.40±0.07) mg/kg k=2。结论评定结果显示测定的标准曲线的拟合、标准溶液配制和重复性是影响结果不确定度的主要因素。
Objective Evaluation of the uncertainty of 3-MCPD ester in vegetable oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods According to JJF 1059.1-2012 "Evaluation and Representation of Measurement Uncertainty",a mathematical model for measuring the uncertainty of 3-MCPD ester was established to identify the uncertainty components and calculate the uncertainty components from different sources,the synthetic uncertainty and the extended uncertainty. Results When the 3-MCPD ester was 0.40 mg/kg,the expansion uncertainty was 0.07 mg/kg.The results showed:(0.40±0.07) mg/kg k=2. Conclusion The results of the assessment show that the fit of the measured standard curve,standard solution formulation and repeatability are the main factors affecting the uncertainty of the results.
