高温高压煤粉锅炉安装工程技术改进及成本控制

摘要 锅炉是高温高压蒸汽的制造“工厂”,其应用的燃料很广泛,其特征表现为受热条件复杂、热效率高。而现代电站的锅炉具有更鲜明的特点:体积庞大、结构复杂、技术配套性强,集结了多门类、多学科的工业产品和技术。基于现代锅炉的大容量、高参数等诸多特征,导致锅炉安装无论是从工程量还是工期都很可观,而且安装的一切程序都是在现场进行,且一边安装一边改进的过程,对安装的工艺水平要求很高。本文以320 t/h高温高压煤粉锅炉主要部件安装为例,对高温高压煤粉锅炉关键设备的安装工艺进行分析和总结,并提出了技术改进的措施,最大限度地控制了施工成本的增加。 Boilers are high-temperature and high-pressure steam manufacturing“factories”.They are widely used in fuels,and are characterized by complex heating conditions and high thermal efficiency.The boilers of modern power stations have more distinctive characteristics:they are large in size,complex in structure,and strong in technical support.They have assembled a wide range of industrial products and technologies.Based on the large capacity,high parameters,and other characteristics of modern boilers,the boiler installation is considerable in terms of engineering volume and duration,and all installation procedures are performed on-site.It is also a process of improving and improving the installation process.Level requirements are high.This article takes 320T/H high temperature and high pressure pulverized coal boiler installation as an example,analyzes and summarizes the key equipment installation process of high temperature and high pressure pulverized coal boiler,and proposes technical improvement measures to minimize the increase in cost.
