摘要 防振锤在输电线路上具有抑制和削减架空线缆振动作用,避免架空线因风吹振动造成磨损或大幅度荡动对输电线路造成的安全风险。在电力线路检修作业中,防振锤移位属于一类比较常见的缺陷,防振锤移位之后,不但起不到防振抗振作用,反而加剧振动,对架空线缆构成极大的安全隐患。现有更换110 kV输电线路防振锤技术存在一定的局限性,通过对更换架空输电线路耐张杆塔导线防振锤现有技术存在的问题分析,结合实际工作中要解决的关键问题,确立新技术原理和关键技术,并对实际应用情况、安全效益、经济效益和社会效益进行分析,确定了新技术应用范围,具有较强的推广实用价值。 The anti-vibration hammer has the function of suppressing and reducing the overhead cable vibration on the transmission line,and avoiding the safety risks caused by the abrasion or large-scale vibration of the overhead line due to wind-induced vibration.In power line maintenance operations,often the displacement of the anti-vibration hammer is a relatively common defect.After the anti-vibration hammer is displaced,it not only does not have the effect of anti-vibration and anti-vibration,but also exacerbates vibration,posing a great safety hazard to overhead cables.Existing 110 kV transmission line shock-hammer replacement technology has certain limitations.By analyzing the existing problems of replacing the anti-vibration hammers of overhead transmission lines with tensile pole tower wires,and combining key issues to be solved in actual work,new technology principles and The key technologies,and the actual application situation,safety benefits,economic benefits and social benefits are analyzed,and the new technology application scope is determined and has a strong practical value for promotion.
