培养医学生科研思维能力的免疫学教学模式初探 被引量:18

摘要 科研思维是主动发现问题、解决问题的思维模式,包括推理性思维、创新性思维、批判性思维等,是临床医学生必须具有的素质。由于医学免疫学理论探索性强、临床应用价值大,可为“课程思政”元素与专业课有机融合提供良好的平台。为了建立医学生的科研思维,本研究基于免疫学教学,理论上采用对免疫学重大科学事件发现过程和科研论文的讲解进行引导,实践上通过对科学前沿问题的理解及思考、文献的研读及思路图的绘制及科研实验的设计,逐步训练并提升学生的科研思维,建立一个适合医学生培养的教育模式。 Scientific research thinking is a mode of thinking that actively discovers and solves problems,including reasoning thinking,innovative thinking,critical thinking,etc.It is a quality that clinical medical students must have.Because medical immunology has strong theoretical exploration and great clinical application value,it can provide a good platform for the integration of"course ideological and political"elements and professional courses.In order to establish the scientific thinking of medical students,this research is based on the teaching of immunology.Theoretically,we guide the students to study the discovery process of major scientific events and the scientific articles.Practically,the students will opinion about scientific frontier issues,read and draw the thinking map of literature the design the scientific research experiments.These will gradually train and improve the scientific thinking of students,and establish an educational model suitable for the cultivation of medical students.
