超声提取-浓硫酸萃取净化-气质联用法测定跑道试样中短链氯化石蜡的含量 被引量:2

摘要 建立了测定中小学运动场地弹性跑道成品和非固体原料中短链氯化石蜡(SCCPs)总含量的超声提取-浓硫酸萃取净化-气质联用法。采用选择性离子监测模式扫描试样中的SCCPs,内标法定量。当SCCPs的加标量为0.300,0.048 g/kg时,回收率为84.6%~97.3%,相对标准偏差低于5.0%;检出限为0.01μg/g;在SCCPs质量浓度为6~75 mg/L时,线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.992。对11批次实际试样进行检测,SCCPs含量不高于0.26 g/kg,检测结果满足国家标准对此类物质的限量要求。该方法可用于中小学运动场地弹性跑道成品和非固体原料中SCCPs的实际检测。 An ultrasonic extraction-concentrated sulfuric acid purification-GC-MS method was established for the determination of total content of short-chain chlorinated paraffins(SCCPs)in flexible track finished products and non-solid raw materials for sports areas of primary&middle schools.The SCCPs in the samples were monitored by the selective ion monitoring scanning mode,and quantified by an internal standard method.When the spiked amounts of SCCPs were 0.300 g/kg and 0.048 g/kg,the recoveries were 84.6%-97.3%,and the relative standard deviations of this method were less than 5.0%.The detection limit was 0.01μg/g.The linear relationship was good with SCCPs mass concentration ranging from 6-75 mg/L with a linear correlation coefficient up to 0.992.The 11 batches of actual samples were tested with the SCCPs content not exceeding 0.26 g/kg,and the test results met the new national standard requirements for such substances.This method can be applied to the actual detection of SCCPs in the flexible track finished products and non-solid raw materials for sports areas of primary&middle schools.
