摘要
对某项目钢结构模块化建筑箱体墙板TOX铆接夹具进行设计。通过对成本、场地等外因和产品、工艺等内因深入分析,以及运用夹具定位、夹紧、标准化、仿真模拟等手段,详细阐述了TOX铆接夹具的设计过程和优化设计要点。仿真结果表明:此铆接夹具设计实用有效,能够满足箱体墙板TOX铆接的需要,为后续产品工装设计提供了经验。
This paper presents specific TOX clinching jig design method of wall panel used in one steel modular building wall panel. By making a detailed analysis of the cost, workplace, product itself and technology etc and using various approaches as jig location,clamping,standardization and simulation and so on, the clinching jig design process and design optimization in this project are expounded. The results show that the clinching jig design method is practical and effective, and it can be applied to unit structure steel carcass wall panel fabrication successfully,which can provide the valuable experience for the later relevant component jig design.
