摘要 为探索工程教育背景下高校实践育人的新途径,将本科生导师制融入大学生工程教育训练中。分析了目前本科生导师制在实施过程中存在的问题,从多元化导师队伍的遴选、人才培养方案的制定、实践教学平台的搭建、多样化师生交流方式和绩效考核制度建设等方面讨论了工程教育背景下实施本科生导师制的策略。实践证明:本科生导师制的实施有助于大学生创新创业意识和就业能力的培养和提升,是地方性本科院校实践育人的一条新思路。 To explore the ways of practical education for college students under the background of engineering education, the tutorial system of undergraduate students is integrated into the training of engineering education for college students. Firstly, the existing problems of undergraduate tutorial system are analyzed. Then, this paper discusses the strategies of implementing undergraduate tutorial system under the background of engineering education, from the establishment of engineering education concept, the selection of diversified tutors, the formulation of training programs, the construction of practical teaching platform, the diversification of teacher-student communication methods and achievements. Practice has proved that the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system is helpful to the promotion of college students’ innovative entrepreneurial consciousness and employment ability, and it is a new way of practical education in local undergraduate colleges and universities.
