摘要 随着磁弹性生物传感器的广泛应用,对快速检测微生物的装置需求日益提高。以阻抗测量法为原理,设计了基于STM32F103的便携式双通道高频率磁弹性传感器谐振频率检测仪。并将该检测仪与矢量网络分析仪AV3620相比,测量同一尺寸Metglas alloy 2826MB(Fe40Ni40P14B6)材料所得共振频率绝对误差是20 Hz左右,相对误差是0.01%。该检测仪的测量频率分辨率可达到0.029 1 Hz,精度为0.08 mV。实验测试结果证明了该检测仪具有便携可靠、测量误差小、实时性高、抗干扰性强的优势。 With the widespread use of magnetoelastic biosensors,there is an increasing demand for devices that rapidly detect microorganisms.Based on the principle of impedance measurement method,a portable dual-channel high-frequency magnetoelastic sensor resonant frequency device based on STM32 F103 was designed.Compared with the vector network analyzer AV3620,the absolute error of the resonant frequency obtained by measuring the same size of Metglas alloy 2826 MB(Fe40Ni40P14B6)material is about 20 Hz,and the relative error is 0.01%.The device has a measurement frequency resolution of 0.029 1 Hz and an accuracy of 0.08 mV.The experimental result certified that the device has the advantages and characteristics of being portable and reliable,with small measurement error,high real-time performance and strong anti-interference.
