摘要
在分析恒温水槽的温度分布均匀度时,为了能够同步测量水槽中多个位置的温度,设计了八通道温度同步测量系统。该系统配合LORA无线模块与PC上位机软件可实现无线数据传输和实时温度曲线绘制,还可实现数据的存储、查询和分析。经实验测试,设计的八通道温度同步测量系统工作稳定,测量精度高于0.000 4℃,无线数据传输功能稳定可靠,满足了在复杂场合对多个位置的温度进行长时间同步测量的需求。此外,通过上位机软件还可满足在测量现场对数据进行初步处理的需求。
When analyzing the temperature distribution uniformity of the constant temperature sink,in order to measure the temperature of multiple positions in the sink synchronously,an 8-channel temperature simultaneous measurement system was designed.The system can realize wireless data transmission,real-time temperature curve drawing,data storage,data analysis and data query by the LORA wireless module and the computer software.The experimental results show that the designed 8-channel temperature simultaneous measurement system works stably with a measurement accuracy higher than 0.000 4 ℃.The wireless data transmission function is stable and reliable,which satisfies the need for long-term simultaneous measurement of temperature in multiple locations in complex situations.In addition,the PC software can also meet the needs of preliminary processing of data at the measurement site.
