摘要
为实时了解超级电容器组的运行状态,减小单体之间参数的差异,延长超级电容器组的使用寿命。以STM32和LTC6804为主要器件,采用"集中式"结构设计了一套超级电容储能监测系统,对电压、电流、温度以及均衡电路进行设计,实时监测12节串联的超级电容器组。同时利用LabVIEW软件设计上位机的监测界面,用于实时显示监测数据。实验结果对比分析显示,该系统具有较高的采样精度和准确性。
In order to understand the operation status of supercapacitor banks in real time,reduce the difference of parameters between monomers,and prolong the service life of supercapacitor banks,STM32 and LTC6804 were used as main devices.A supercapacitor energy storage monitoring system was designed with "centralized" structure.The voltage,current,temperature and equalization circuits were designed to monitor 12 series of supercapacitor groups in real time.At the same time,LabVIEW software was used to design the monitoring interface of the host computer for real-time display of monitoring data.Comparing the analysis of experimental results,it shows that the system has higher sampling accuracy.
