摘要 针对开关柜母线测温工况复杂,且存在危险性这一现状,设计了一种基于STM32的开关柜母线温度无线采集系统。该系统由采集节点、中心节点与服务器上位机构成。系统的采集节点具有唯一的地址,当母线温度高于设置的报警阈值时,采集节点与中心节点同时报警,预防事故的发生。中心节点利用无线数据传输模块和多个采集节点组网进行数据交互,并将采集节点的数据打包,通过GPRS模块上传至服务器,服务器上位机记录温度数据并显示。测试表明,该系统能有效监测各采集节点的温度,当温度超过阈值时能及时报警,实现了开关柜母线温度在线监测,对开关柜运维提供依据。 In view of the current working situation that the way of temperature measurement for switch cabinet bus is complex and dangerous,a wireless temperature acquisition system based on STM32 was designed.The system was composed of acquisition nodes,central nodes and server computer.The acquisition node of the system had an unique address.If the bus temperature value is beyond the former setting alarm threshold,the acquisition nodes and the central node transmited alarm information at the same time against accidents.The central node interacted data with the multiple acquisition nodes,through wireless data transmission module.The data of the acquisition nodes were packaged and uploaded to the server through GPRS module.The server computer recorded and displayed the temperature data.Experiments show that the system can effectively monitor the temperature of each acquisition node.When the temperature exceeds the threshold,it can alarm in time.The system can realize on-line temperature monitoring of switch cabinet bus,providing basis for operation and maintenance of switch cabinet.
