鹿瓜多肽注射液联合微创经皮钢板接骨术治疗胫骨远端骨折

Lugua Polypeptide Injection Combined with Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Plate Osteotomy for the Treatment of Distal Tibial Fracture

目的:鹿瓜多肽注射液联合微创经皮钢板接骨术(MIPPO)对胫骨远端骨折患者疗效。方法:86例胫骨远端骨折患者按治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组。对照组给予MIPPO及术后常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗。比较两组患者消肿止痛效果、骨折愈合程度、术后数字疼痛评价量表(NRS)评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组消肿止痛效果优良率、骨痂量、骨痂密度、骨痂边、断端边缘评分以及临床总有效率高于对照组,手术后3天、7天、14天的NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鹿瓜多肽注射液联合MIPPO治疗胫骨远端骨折患者可有效缩短骨折愈合时间,疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Lugua polypeptide injection combined with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO)in the treatment of distal tibial fracture.Methods:86 Patients with distal tibial fracture were divided into control group and observation group according to the different treatment methods.The control group was treated with MIPPO and routine treatment,while the observation group was given additional Lugua polypeptide injection on this basis.The effects of detumescence and analgesia,callus score and numerical rating scale(NRS)score after operation and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the excellent rate of detumescence and analgesia,callus volume,callus density,callus margin,broken end margin score,and clinical total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the NRS score on the 3rd,7th,and 14th days after operation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lugua polypeptide injection combined with MIPPO can effectively shorten the healing time of distal tibial fracture.
