磷酸奥司他韦颗粒对成人病毒性肺炎的作用研究

Effect of Oseltamivir Phosphate on Adult Viral Pneumonia

目的:探讨磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗成人病毒性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年10月我院收治的100例流感病毒感染患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组在常规治疗基础上静脉滴注利巴韦林注射液,观察组在对照组基础上口服磷酸奥司他韦颗粒,一个疗程后比较两组患者的治疗有效率、咳嗽、鼻塞流涕、乏力、咽痛、发热、冷汗等临床症状缓解时间、CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及治疗期间药物不良反应。结果:观察组治疗有效率为94.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者咳嗽、鼻塞流涕、乏力、咽痛、发热、冷汗等临床症状改善时间明显少于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CD8^+、TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组患者,CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者药物不良反应差异无统计学意义。结论:应用磷酸奥司他韦颗粒对于成人病毒性肺炎具有积极的治疗效果,能更有效地控制机体炎症反应,迅速缓解临床症状,且安全性良好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of oseltamivir phosphate particles in the treatment of adult viral pneumonia.Methods:From January 2018 to October 2019,100 patients with influenza virus infection were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was given intravenous infusion of ribavirin injection,while the observation group was given additional oral oseltamivir phosphate on this basis.After one course of treatment,the treatment efficiency,relief time of clinical symptoms(such as cough,nasal congestion,runny nose,fatigue,sore throat,fever,cold sweat,etc.),CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and adverse drug reactions were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The subsidence of clinical symptoms such as cough,nasal congestion,runny nose,fatigue,sore throat,fever,and cold sweat in the observation group were significantly quicker than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD8^+,TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+levels were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in adverse drug reactions between the two groups of patients.Conclusion:The application of oseltamivir phosphate particles shows positive therapeutic effects on adult viral pneumonia,effectively inhibits the body's inflammatory response and quickly relieves clinical symptoms with high safety.
