摘要
目的:建立快速测定白藜芦醇产品中反式异构体含量的方法。方法:比较白藜芦醇顺反异构体抗氧化能力(ABTS^+)·清除率的差异,建立两者混合溶液中反式异构体含量比例与ABTS^+·清除率之间的标准曲线。结果:反式白藜芦醇溶液ABTS^+·清除率为顺式白藜芦醇溶液的6.17倍。在浓度均为0.1 mmol/L条件下,建立了两者混合溶液中反式异构体含量比例与ABTS^+·清除率之间的标准曲线,回归方程为y=0.677x+11.26,R^2=0.9943。测定白藜芦醇产品在浓度为0.1 mmol/L时的ABTS^+·清除率,即可计算得出其中反式白藜芦醇的含量。结论:该方法简单快捷,稳定性、重复性和耐用性好,能准确测定白藜芦醇产品中反式异构体的含量。
Objective:To establish a rapid method for the determination of trans-isomers in the resveratrol products.Methods:The difference of ABTS^+·clearance rate between cis-and trans-isomers of resveratrol was compared.The standard curve of the trans-isomer ratio versus the clearance rate of ABTS^+·in the mixed solution of cis-and trans-resveratrol was established.Results:The clearance rate of ABTS^+·in trans-resveratrol solution was 6.17 times of that in cis-resveratrol solution.The standard curve of the trans-isomer ratio versus the clearance rate of ABTS^+·in the mixed solutions with a fixed concentration of 0.1 mmol/L was established.The regression equation was y=0.677x+11.26,and R^2=0.9943.Thus,the content of trans-resveratrol in resveratrol products can be calculated by determining the ABTS^+·clearance rate in solutions at the concentration of 0.1 mmol/L.Conclusion:The method is simple and fast,and has good stability,repeatability and durability.It can be applied to determine the accurate content of trans-isomers in resveratrol products.
