铁素体不锈钢冷轧横裂原因分析及工艺改进

摘要 铁素体热轧不锈钢钢带冷轧过程中出现横裂、断带等问题,在横裂缺陷部位截取试样,进行金相分析、断口分析和扫描电镜能谱分析,发现金相和断口上均存在Cr含量较高的析出相,确定这种析出物是板坯内部裂纹所致;针对板坯中间裂纹产生原因制定工艺改进措施,避免横裂缺陷的发生。 During the cold rolling process of ferritic hot-rolled stainless steel strip,there are some problems such as transverse crack and band breakage.Samples are intercepted at the defect site of transverse crack,and metallographic analysis,fracture analysis and scanning electron microscopic energy spectrum analysis are carried out.It is found that there are precipitates with high Cr content on both metallographic and fracture surfaces.It is determined that the precipitates are caused by internal cracks of slab.Process improvement measures are taken for the causes of intermediate cracks in the slab to avoid the occurrence of transverse crack defects.
