摘要
通过对高炉煤气除尘系统布袋除尘器进行技术改造,利用富余箱体回收、净化料罐对空放散的均压煤气,可回收均压煤气80%以上,回收煤气含尘量降至<5 mg/Nm^3,达到节能减排,减少噪声和大气污染,保护生态环境的目的。
Through the technical transformation of bag filter of blast furnace gas dedusting system,the pressure equalizing gas recovered from the surplus box and discharged from the air by the purification material tank can be recovered more than 80%of the pressure equalizing gas,and the dust content of the recovered gas can be reduced to less than 5 mg/Nm^3,so as to the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction,noise and air pollution reducing and the ecological environment protection were achieved.
