品管圈活动在提高手工泛丸合格率中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle Activity in Improving the Pass Rate of Manual Pan-pill

目的:通过品管圈活动提高制剂室手工泛丸的质量,完善特色用药服务,提升患者满意度。方法:调整“修治圈”成员,参照《中国药典》确定手工丸药合格标准,对当前手工泛丸的加工现状进行调查,计算改善前后合格率,按照品管圈的十大步骤进行计划、实施、确认与处置,评价有形成果和无形成果。结果:手工泛丸的合格率由活动前的13.3%提高为64.0%,改进后柏拉图曲线更趋于平缓,目标达标率为102.4%;制定了手工泛丸的标准操作规程,以确保效果的长期维持;同时修治圈的责任感、凝聚力、积极性、沟通配合能力等无形成果有了显著提升。结论:品管圈活动能有效提高制剂室手工泛丸的合格率。

Objective:To improve the quality of the preparation room's manual pan-pills,improve the service of characteristic drugs,and improve the patients'satisfaction through the activities of quality control circle(QCC).Method:The author adjusted the members of the"repair and treatment circle",determined the qualification standard of manual pan-pills according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,investigated the current processing status of manual pan-pills,calculate the qualification rate before improvement,and planed,implemented,confirmed and disposed according to the ten steps of the QCC,and then evaluated the formed and intangible results.Results:The author successfully improved the pass rate from 13.3%before the QCC to 64.0%after the QCC,with the standardized rate of 102.4%.The standard operating procedure of manual pan-pill was established to maintain the long efficacy.Intangible outcomes were improved to some extent,which included circle member responsibility,team spirit,enthusiasm,and communication ability.Conclusion:QCC effectively improves the pass rate of manual pan-pill in the preparation room.
