摘要
为应对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控严峻形势下,应急医疗救治设施建设污水处理的需求,结合小汤山医院污水处理经验,经过大量文献研究和调研工作,对新型冠状病毒与其他传染病病毒、细菌对环境及消毒剂的抵抗力特性进行研究,提出了新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎应急医疗设施的污水处理工艺流程应为预消毒-化粪池-消毒池的二级强化消毒工艺,提出了工艺参数,以确保新型冠状病毒在医疗污水中得到有效去除,确保水体生态安全。成果已列入国家卫健委、住房和城乡建设部发布的《新型冠状病毒肺炎应急救治设施设计导则(试行)》和中国工程建设标准化协会颁布的《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎传染病应急医疗设施设计标准》(T/CECS 661-2020)标准中,并在全国实施。
In order to cope with the severe disease situation of the novel coronavirus infection,the demand for sewage treatment in emergency medical treatment facilities is constructed.Combined with the successful experience of sewage treatment in Xiaotangshan SARS hospital,a large number of literature research and research work are carried out to study the characteristics of the resistance of novel coronavirus and other infectious diseases viruses and bacteria to environment and disinfectants,and the two step enhanced disinfection process of pre disinfection+septic tank+disinfection pool for novel coronavirus pneumonia sewage treatment and its parameters are proposed.The novel coronavirus should be effectively removed from the medical sewage and the ecological safety of water bodies should be ensured by the two step enhanced disinfection process.The research results have been listed in Guidelines for design of novel coronavirus pneumonia emergency treatment facilities and Design criteria for novel coronavirus infection emergency medical facilities for pneumonia infectious diseases(T/CECS 661-2020),and implemented nationwide.
