This paper introduces the basic situation of the construction of the dual prevention mechanism of Qingtai water treatment plant,apilot unit of dual prevention work in Hangzhou,including the creation of ideas,working methods,staged results and experience,highlighting the necessity and practicality of the dual prevention mechanism.Through the establishment of the dual prevention mechanism,agood atmosphere of full participation has been gradually formed,which effectively reduced the risk level of the water plant and improved the safety management level of the water plant.
