通过理论分析和实际案例数据阐明了雨水管理过程中海绵城市与内涝防治之间的关系,并总结出二者在雨水系统设计中的基本原则,同时还以实际工程为例列出雨水管理的主要抓手及评价标准。

Through theoretical analysis and actual case data,this paper clarifies the relationship between sponge city and local flood control in the process of rainwater management.And some basic principles in the design of rainwater system are listed.At the same time,it also gives concrete methods and evaluation criteria.
