摘要
目的将Zimmer单颗种植体微创种植即刻负荷技术用于牙齿修复中,对其应用效果进行观察。方法使用Zimmer种植体,选取2017年2月至2018年3月收治的200例(200颗)牙齿修复患者分组研究,以数字随机表法分成观察组(n=100)与对照组(n=100),对照组于拔牙后3个月行单颗牙切开翻瓣种植术,观察组于拔牙后即刻行单颗牙微创种植即刻负荷技术,对两组修复效果进行比较。结果观察组手术时间、牙槽嵴骨吸收量、牙周袋深度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组种植成功率为98.00%,与对照组89.00%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Zimmer单颗种植体微创种植即刻负荷技术在牙齿修复中效果理想,且手术时间较短,可减少牙槽骨吸收,提升种植修复成功率,值得应用。
【Objective】 To observe the effect of Zimmer single implant immediate loading technique in dental restoration.【Methods】Two hundred patients(200 teeth) treated with Zimmer implants from February 2017 to March 2018 were divided into observation group(n=100) and control group(n=100) by random table method. The control group was treated with single incision and valvular implantation three months after extraction. The observation group was treated with single tooth micro-extraction immediately after extraction. Immediate load technique was used to compare the repair effect between the two groups.【Results】The operation time, alveolar ridge bone resorption and periodontal pocket depth of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05);the implantation success rate of the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Zimmer single implant immediate loading technique is effective in dental restoration, and the operation time is short. It can reduce alveolar bone resorption and improve the success rate of implant restoration. It is worth applying.
