基于灰色近优法的多组分功能混纺纱及其织物的性能评价 被引量:1

摘要 以远红外聚酯纤维、木棉纤维以及棉纤维为原料,纺制不同混纺比的多组分功能混纺纱线及织物,对比分析不同混纺比的混纺纱线的力学性能、成纱质量以及织物的保暖性、抗菌防螨性能;并采用灰色近优法评估混纺纱线的最佳混纺比。结果表明:混纺纱中远红外聚酯纤维含量高有利于提高纱线的力学性能;增加木棉纤维含量,混纺纱线的强力降低、毛羽数量增加、条干不匀率增大,但可提高织物的保暖性以及抗菌防螨性能;基于灰色近优法,远红外聚酯纤维/木棉纤维/棉纤维质量比为6/2/2时,混纺纱线及其织物的综合性能最佳。 Multi-component functional blended yarns and fabrics with different blending ratios were prepared by using far-infrared polyester fiber, kapok fiber and cotton fiber as raw materials. The mechanical properties and yarn quality of the blended yarns with different blending ratios and the heat retention and anti-bacteria and anti-mite properties of the fabric thereof were compared and analyzed. The grey near optimal method was used to evaluate the optimal blending ratio of blended yarn. The results showed that the high content of far infrared polyester fiber in blended yarn was beneficial to improving the mechanical properties of the yarn;the strength of the blended yarn decreased, the number of hairiness increased, and the unevenness of the yarn increased, but the heat retention and anti-bacteria and anti-mite properties of the fabric increased with the increase of the content of kapok fiber;and the comprehensive properties of the blended yarn and fabric were optimized based on the grey near optimal method when the mass ratio of far-infrared polyester fiber/kapok fiber/cotton fiber was 6/2/2.
