摘要
针对中石化镇海炼化分公司烯烃部的BA104管式裂解炉的生产现状、存在的问题及其需求,开发并实现了裂解炉自动烧焦专家控制系统。阐述工业裂解炉自动烧焦专家控制系统的系统结构、控制策略和控制方案。同时针对BA104管式裂解炉自动烧焦需求,开发了自动烧焦专家控制软件。实际应用证实了该系统的可行性和有效性。
Considering real decoking operation of BA104 furnace in SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company, an expert control system was developed based on BRICI patented technology;meanwhile, the expert system’s structure, control scheme and strategies were described and the expert control software for auto-decoking operation was developed. The real application results proved both feasibility and effectiveness of the expert control system developed.
