基于STM32-PZ6806L的堆垛机超速防坠系统优化

摘要 针对某丁苯立体仓储堆垛机超速防坠机构存在防坠保护失灵的弊端,对堆垛机原超速防坠控制系统进行优化改进,开发了基于STM32-PZ6806L开发板,以加速度传感器为监测元件,电磁铁为执行元件的超速防坠系统。实际应用结果表明:该防坠系统能够实时监测堆垛机载货台的下降加速度,实现了载货台的坠落保护,系统运行可靠、结构简单、成本较低,投用效果良好。 Considering malpractice of stacker’s anti-fall mechanism for styro-styrene solid storage, the stacker’s original overspeed anti-fall control system was optimized and improved, including the development of an overspeed anti-fall system based on STM32-PZ6806 l development plate, in which, the acceleration sensor was employed as a monitoring element and the electromagnet as executive element. The practical application result showed that, this anti-fall system can monitor falling acceleration of the cargo cage at real time and realize falling protection of the cargo cage along with a simple structure and lower running cost.
