关节镜下微创手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床研究

Clinical Study on Arthroscopic Minimally Invasive Surgery in Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fractures

目的探讨关节镜下微创手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2017年5月-2018年6月本院收治的70例胫骨平台骨折患者,按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组患者给予切开复位内固定治疗,观察组患者给予关节镜下微创手术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组术后膝关节功能恢复情况、住院时间、骨折愈合时间均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者并发症发生率5.7%明显低于对照组22.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下微创手术治疗胫骨平台骨折临床效果更佳,可缩短患者术后住院时间及愈合时间,减少并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Toexplore clinical curative effect of arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery ontibial plateau fractures(TPF). Methods A total of 70 TPF patients who were admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF), while observation group was treated with arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery. The clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results After surgery, recovery of knee function, hospitalization time and fracture healing time in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complicationsin observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(5.7%vs22.9%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery is better on TPF, which can shorten postoperative hospitalization time and healing time, and reduce complications.
