北京市农民专业合作社参与脱低机制探析

Mechanism of Farmers'Professional Cooperatives'Participation in Breaking Away from the Low-income Groups

农民专业合作社在中国扶贫工作中起到了明显的促农增收作用。以北京市为例,探析了农民专业合作社参与脱低的机制。首先分析了北京市低收入村和低收入户的现状,调查了低收入村农民专业合作社的发展现状,在此基础上,进一步分析了北京市农民专业合作社参与脱低机制存在的主要问题。最后,围绕存在的问题从合作社基础设施建设、农业人才引进、农产品品牌建设以及政策扶持等方面提出了完善北京市农民专业合作社脱低机制的对策。

Farmers'professional cooperatives have played an obvious role in promoting farmers'income in China's poverty alleviation work.Taking Beijing as an example,the mechanism of farmers'professional cooperatives'participation in breaking away from the low-income groups was explored.Firstly,the status quo of low-income villages and households in Beijing was analyzed and the development status quo of farmers'professional cooperatives in low-income villages was investigated.Moreover,the main problems existing in the mechanism of farmers'professional cooperatives participating in breaking away from the low-income groups were further analyzed.At last,some countermeasures to improve the mechanism of farmers'professional cooperatives participating in breaking away from the low-income groups were put forward from the aspects of infrastructure construction of cooperatives,introduction of agricultural talents,brand construction of agricultural products and policy support and so on.
