摘要
通过采用虚拟样机技术,模拟自动化设备的工作状态而进行结构分析,避免物理样机因设计缺陷而重复制造的问题。使用Solid Works软件对全自动激光打标机的关键部件机械手移动支架进行有限元静态分析,发现部件结构设计中的强度薄弱环节,针对性地提出了结构改进方案,保证移动支架部件的结构强度要求。通过全约束状态下的模态分析,发现该部件的固有频率与设备产生共振的可能性较小,最易产生振动变形的零件是连接平板,有必要对该零件进行结构改进与优化,以保证移动支架在激光打标机使用过程中的稳定性和可靠性。
In order to avoided the problem of repeated manufacturing of physical prototype due to design defects, this article introduced how to using the virtual prototype technology to simulate the working state of automation equipment and carry out structural analysis. Firstly,carried out the static finite element analysis of the key component of the automatic laser marking machine’s manipulator mobile bracket by using solid works software. And the structural improvement scheme was proposed in order to ensure the structural strength requirements of mobile support components. Secondly, through the modal analysis under the condition of full restraint, it also found that the natural frequency of the component was less likely to resonate with the equipment, and the part most likely to produce vibration deformation was the connecting plate. So it was necessary to improve and optimize the structure of the part to ensure the stability and reliability of the mobile bracket in the use of the laser marking machine.
