对某型汽车发动机缸体破裂的原因分析

驾驶人杨某早上去4S店检查车况并维护保养,4S店工作人员经电脑诊断仪检查车况,未发现异常,当日更换机油、机滤等。当日杨某驾驶车辆赶往上海,途径长深高速临沂段,发生事故(发动机缸体破裂)。次日,4S店安排拖车将车拖回,并将发动机拆解。现因产品发生责任纠纷诉欲对目前状态下已经拆解的发动机损坏的原因进行分析,以确定产品是否存在质量问题及责任划分。

The driver Yang went to the 4S shop in the morning to check the car condition and maintain it.The 4S shop staff checked the car condition with the computer diagnostic instrument and found no abnormality.The engine oil and filter were changed on the same day.on the same day,Yang drove a vehicle to Shanghai,where there was an accident(the engine cylinder block ruptured)at the Linyi section of the long deep high-speed road.The next day,the 4S shop arranged a trailer to tow the car back and disassemble the engine.Now,because of the product liability dispute,we want to analyze the causes of the engine damage that has been disassembled under the current state,to determine whether there are quality problems in the product and the division of responsibility.
