摘要
优化机床结构和使用新型材料是提高机床性能的两个主要方法,其中使用性能优异的新型材料,可以直接有效地解决这个问题。树脂混凝土是由天然矿石和环氧树脂为主要成分的复合材料,是近年来国内外学者普遍关注和研究的机床新型材料。它具有较高的动态性能和阻尼比、很好的热稳定性、较强的抗腐蚀能力。采用这种材料来制造机床基础件,还可以减少钢铁的消耗,对于环保有重大的意义。
Optimizing the structure of the machine tool and using new materials are two main methods to improve the performance of the machine tool. The use of new materials with excellent properties can solve the problem directly and effectively. Resin concrete is a composite material mainly composed of natural ore and epoxy resin. It is a new type of machine tool material that scholars paid close attention to recent years. It has high dynamic performance and damping ratio, thermal stability and strong corrosion resistance. In addition,the use of this material to manufacture machine tool base parts can also reduce the consumption of steel, which is of great significance for environmental protection.
