某重型电动轮矿用自卸车发动机支架焊缝疲劳实验研究

摘要 某厂重型电动轮矿用自卸车在使用过程中频繁出现发动机支架、变速箱支架、燃油箱支架与车架纵梁连接处开裂和撕裂现象,经分析疲劳损坏是支架与纵梁连接处焊缝开裂的主要原因。为了研究焊接参数、焊接工艺对焊接质量的影响,利用SDS1000电液伺服疲劳试验机,进行多次不同形式的疲劳拉伸实验,结果表明,采用多层焊接工艺成型的焊缝的疲劳寿命要优于单层焊焊缝的疲劳寿命。 In the process of using a heavy-duty electric wheel mining dump truck in a factory, cracks and tears often occur at the connection of engine support, gearbox support, fuel tank support and frame longitudinal beam. Through analysis, fatigue damage is the main reason for the weld cracks at the connection of support and longitudinal beam. In order to study the influence of welding parameters and welding process on welding quality, several different fatigue tensile tests were carried out by using sds1000 electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine. The results show that the fatigue life of the weld formed by multi-layer welding process is better than that of single-layer welding.
