摘要
随着汽车制造行业的发展,对汽车零部件加工企业起到了良好的推动作用。但是,汽车制造精度与综合功能的不断完善,对零部件的加工质量也是一种考验。尤其是机械齿轮类零件,是汽车装配过程中的重要环节。零件加工精度会直接影响到整车运行效率。基于此,文章从汽车零部件加工角度入手,针对轴类零件的机械加工技术要点进行分析,希望对相关研究人员提供一定的参考与借鉴。
With the development of the automobile manufacturing industry, it has played a good role in promoting auto parts processing enterprises. However, the continuous improvement of automobile manufacturing accuracy and comprehensive functions is also a test of the processing quality of parts. Especially mechanical gear parts are an important part of the automobile assembly process. The accuracy of parts processing will directly affect the vehicle operating efficiency. Based on this, the article starts from the perspective of automotive parts processing, analyzes the mechanical processing technology points of shaft parts, and hopes to provide some reference for related researchers.
