高压压气机盘内花键加工技术研究

摘要 随着我国大飞机的项目的启动,带来的是大型发动机的迫切需求,我公司承制了某型号发动机的研制。该型号发动机压气机转子部件在设计过程中大量采用钛合金材料,其中在高压压气机多个级别中采用了钛合金盘结构。高压压气机盘的内花键尺寸精度高、位置度要求严格;材料为钛合金TC6,具有易收缩变形特点,对于钛合金材料易收缩变形特点,科学制定工艺方法,设计制造刀具,以保证压气机盘内花键尺寸及位置度精度要求。本文针对盘用铣削方式时内花键裂纹,如何优化工艺,提高抗疲劳强度,较详细地介绍了盘内花键的拉削工艺,根据此加工方法加工的零件,完全满足产品设计要求,质量和生产效率也大大提高。 With the launch of China’s large aircraft projects, there is an urgent need for large engines. Our company has undertaken the development of a certain type of engine. The rotor parts of this type of engine compressor are widely used in the design of titanium alloy materials. Among them, titanium alloy disc structures are used in many levels of high-pressure compressors. The internal spline of the highpressure compressor disc has high dimensional accuracy and strict positional requirements. The material is titanium alloy TC6, which has the characteristics of easy shrinkage and deformation. For the easy shrinkage and deformation of titanium alloy materials, scientifically formulated process methods and design and manufacture tools to ensure the precision requirements of the size and position of the spline in the machine panel. This article aims at the internal spline cracks in the milling method of the disc, how to optimize the process and improve the fatigue strength, and introduces the broaching process of the spline in the disc in detail. The parts processed according to this processing method fully meet the product design requirements and quality. And production efficiency is also greatly improved.
