7种低毒药剂防治五加异个木虱试验

摘要 五加异个木虱Heterotrioza acanthopanaicis是危害短梗五加Acanthopanax sessiliflorus的专食性害虫。为掌握药剂防治五加异个木虱并尽量减少对环境危害的方法,选择7种高效、低毒、无公害的植物源杀虫剂或者生物杀虫剂,对若虫开展室内毒力测试,对若虫和成虫开展林间防治试验。7种药剂对五加异个木虱若虫的毒力由高到低依次为:25%吡蚜酮+45%吡虫·异丙威>20%氟苯虫酰胺>70%吡虫啉>21%噻虫嗪>29%杀虫双>80%烯啶虫胺·吡蚜酮>25%噻虫嗪+60%吡蚜酮。25%吡蚜酮+45%吡虫·异丙威、20%氟苯虫酰胺、80%烯啶虫胺·吡蚜酮、29%杀虫双对五加异个木虱若虫短期内有一定杀灭效果,8 d之后完全失去防治效果。25%噻虫嗪+60%吡蚜酮、70%吡虫啉、21%噻虫嗪具有长期药效,在喷药后第13 d防治效果最佳,五加异个木虱若虫校正死亡率分别达到83.33%、85.71%、100.00%。80%烯啶虫胺·吡蚜酮、25%噻虫嗪+60%吡蚜酮、70%吡虫啉、21%噻虫嗪可以作为林间防治五加异个木虱成虫的药剂。林间喷药最好选在若虫3龄或3龄之前进行,并保证产品食用者的安全。 Heterotrioza acanthopanaicis is a specialized pest of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus.In order to control H.acanthopanaicis effectively and minimize pollution to environment,seven kinds of botanical insecticides or biological insecticides,which are high-efficiency,low-toxicity,pollution-free were selected to do toxicity test in laboratory and control test in field.The toxicities of the seven pesticides to H.acanthopanaicis’s nymphs were ranged as follow:Pymetrozine+Pyridol-Isoprocarb>Flubendiamide>Imidacloprid>Thiamethoxam>Dimehypo>Nitenpyram-Pymetrozine>Thiamethoxam+Pymetrozine.Pymetrozine+Pyridol-Isoprocarb,Flubendiamide,Nitenpyram-Pymetrozine and Dimehypohave had certain killing effects in a short period of time and completely lost control effects after 8 days sprayed.Thiamethoxam+Pyridoxine,Imidacloprid and Thiamethoxam had long-term effects,and the control effects were maximum at the 13 th day after sprayingand the mortality of H.acanthopanaicis’s nymphs was 83.33%,85.71%,and 100.00%,respectively.Nitenpyram+Pymetrozine,Thiamethoxam+pymetrozine,Imidacloprid,Thiamethoxam could be used to control adult in the field.In field,insecticides should be spared before the 3 rdinstar of nymphs,which could ensure the products safety toeat.
