不同种源元宝槭苗期生长及生理差异分析 被引量:1

摘要 比较分析了在辽西北沙地环境下培育的5个种源元宝槭1年生苗木的苗高、地径及单株生物量,叶片水势、光合气体交换参数及整株水力导度等生长和生理指标的差异。结果表明:不同种源元宝槭苗木的生长及生理指标均存在显著差异。生长量方面以辽宁四合城种源苗木最高,辽宁章古台次之,其它种源较低,主要生长指标以单株生物量在不同种源间的变异程度最高。生长表现较好的辽宁四合城和章古台种源元宝槭苗木的水分状况较好,光合气体交换能力较高,同时苗木的整株水力导度也更高。综合分析,辽宁四合城和章古台种源元宝槭在辽西北沙地环境下表现出较强的适应性,较为适宜在该地区进行推广栽培。 Differences in growth and physiological indicators such as seedling height, ground diameter, and individual plant biomass, leaf water potential, photosynthetic gas exchange parameters, and whole-plant hydraulic conductance of one-year-old seedlings of Acer truncatum from five provenances cultivated in the sandy land of northwestern Liaoning were compared and analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences in the growth and physiological indicators among A. truncatum seedlings from different provenances.In terms of growth, the seedlings from SihechengLiaoning were the highest, followed by Zhanggutai-Liaoning, and the other provenances were lower. Among the main growth indicators, the whole-plant biomass had the highest variation among different provenances. The seedlings from Sihecheng-Liaoning and Zhanggutai-Liaoning had better growth performance. They had better water conditions, higher photosynthetic gas exchange capacity, and higher hydraulic conductivity of whole plant.Based on comprehensive analysis, the seedlings of Sihecheng-Liaoning and Zhanggutai-Liaoning showed strong adaptability in the sandy land of northwestern Liaoning, which is more suitable for cultivation in this area.
