Study on the PICU Emergency Management During the Pandemic Period of COVID-19

新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)流行期间四川省妇幼保健院儿童重症监护室加强宣传培训,做好自我防控,优化重症患儿收治及管理流程,强化消毒隔离,严格医护人员和防护用品管理,确保COVID-19流行期间重症儿童疾病防治工作顺利进行。疫情防控阶段,所有患儿均得到及时合理救治,未发生科内交叉感染,家属满意,医护人员未发生感染。

During the pandemic period of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19),the smooth operation of prevention and treatment in critically-ill children was guaranteed by taking the measures including strengthening the publicity and training for good individual prevention and control,optimizing the treatment and management process of critically-ill children,enhancing the disinfection and isolation work and reinforcing the management of medical staff and protective supplies in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit(PICU)of Sichuan Provincial Hospital for Women and Children.In this way,all the critically-ill children hospitalized in PICU were treated timely and reasonably without cross infection,their family members were satisfied and the medical staff did not get any infection during the pandemic period of COVID-19.
