摘要 调查并分析新冠疫情期间医学生网络教育方式的现状及效果。新冠疫情期间向华西临床医学院医学生以问卷调查的形式,征求关于网络教育方式的效果反馈及教学方式选择的建议。受本次疫情影响,学生无法返校开展课堂授课,教学方式转变为利用网络进行线上学习。虽然授课形式多样,采用的学习软件及直播平台种类繁多,但学生学习效果并不理想。通过反馈,导致网络学习效果不佳因素主要为直播效果差、学习氛围缺失、知识讲授重复等方面,并没有否认利用科技化信息化平台教学的优势。对于临床实践的缺失,虽然一定程度上影响了学习效果,但可安排后续操作弥补此处不足。网络教学作为新型的教学模式,在理论知识传授方面优于传统课堂授课。将理论传授与实践学习结合,更能提高学习效率,推动医学教育事业的发展。 The status and teaching effectiveness of the online education for medical students during the pandemic period of COVID-19 was investigated in this study.The questionnaire survey was conducted among the students of West China School of Medicine to investigate the feedbacks on the effect of online education and the suggestions on the selection of education modes.The COVID-19 pandemic made students unable to return to school and the face-to-face teaching changed into the online education.Although the classes of various teaching forms were provided on the different live broadcast platforms,the teaching effectiveness was unsatisfactory among the students.According to the students'feedbacks,the poor effectiveness of online education resulted mostly from the poor effectiveness of live broadcast,lack of learning atmosphere and teaching repetition of knowledge,which didn't negated the advantages of applying the information technology platform to teaching.Even though the lack of clinical practice affected the learning effectiveness to some extent,the subsequent classes could be arranged to make up the deficiency.The online education as a new teaching mode was superior to the traditional classroom teaching in instructing the theoretical knowledge.The combination of the theoretical instruction and the practical learning could improve the learning efficiency and promote the development of medical education.
