新时代对高校师德师风建设的若干思考

A Look at Construction of Teachers’Ethics in Colleges and Universities in New Era

高校师德师风建设是关系到高校教师队伍素质的一项根本性建设。从目前新时代高校师德师风建设的现状来看,虽然主流是好的,但部分高校教师依旧存在着理想信念模糊、思想认识偏颇,职业素养弱化、功利性倾向突出,育人观念淡薄、师生关系冷漠等问题。造成这些问题的原因既包括社会环境变化带来的影响,也包括高校体制机制不健全和高校教师自身的原因。因此,我们必须从加强理论学习、完善有关体制机制、强化教师主体这些方面促进高校师德师风建设。

The construction of teachers’morality and style in colleges and universities is a fundamental construction related to the quality of college teachers.Judging from the current situation of the construction of teachers’morality and style in colleges and universities in the new era,although the mainstream is good,some college teachers still have ambiguous ideals and beliefs、biased thinking,weakened professionalism、prominent utilitarianism,and weak concept of educating people,the relationship between teachers and students is indifferent.The causes of these problems include the impact of changes in the social environment,as well as the imperfect institutional mechanisms of colleges and universities and the reasons for college teachers themselves.Therefore,we must promote the construction of teachers’morality and style in colleges and universities from the aspects of strengthening theoretical study,perfecting relevant institutional mechanisms,and strengthening the main body of teachers.
