法律硕士商法课程全英文教学障碍与解决路径

摘要 全英文教学是双语教学的升级,不仅表现在英文教学的广度和深度,而且也体现了国家高等教育工程改革的方向和趋势。基于现阶段“双创”要求,通过对上海、广东和陕西三地著名企业和律所人才需求的调查,发现英语和专业知识扎实的人才更受青睐。结合陕西本地若干高校在师资队伍、教材、硕士生法律水平和英语水平的分析,认为仍存在诸多问题。因此,在教学相辅的理念下,加强师资梯队、调整教学内容、选择恰当教材等五个环节逐步进行完善。 All-English teaching is an upgrade of bilingual teaching,which not only reflects the breadth and depth of English teaching,but also reflects the direction and trend of national higher education engineering reform.Based on the requirement of“double creation”at the present stage,through the investigation of talent demand of famous enterprises and law institutes in Shanghai,Guangdong and Shaanxi,it is found that talents with solid English and professional knowledge are more favored.Based on the analysis of the faculty,textbooks,legal and English proficiency of some local universities in Shaanxi,it is concluded that there are still many problems.Therefore,under the concept of teaching complementarity,five links are gradually improved,namely,strengthening teachers’echelon,adjusting teaching content and choosing appropriate teaching materials.
