摘要
针对毫米波大功率雷达导引头接收机易烧毁的问题,提出并实现了一种基于毫米波多路限幅低噪声放大器功率合成技术的接收前端。重点介绍了该型接收前端的工作原理以及电路设计。实验测试结果表明,该型接收前端具备抗大功率烧毁、大动态范围、低噪声和小型化的特点,突破了毫米波大功率导引头的发展瓶颈,具有广阔的应用前景。
A receiver front-end based on millimeter-wave multi-channel limiting LNA power synthesis technology is proposed and realized to solve the problem that the receiver of millimeter-wave high-power radar seeker is easy to be burnt out.A detailed description of the working principle and circuit design of the receiver front-end is presented.The test results show that this receiver front-end has the characteristics of high-power survivability,large dynamic range,low noise and miniaturization.So it can break through the bottleneck in the development of millimeter-wave high-power seeker and has a broad application prospect.
