摘要
龙门煤矿在恢复的过程中,重点关键环节就是对矿井井下动压水量和静压水量的预测预判,根据预测的涌水量选定排水设备和制定排水方案以及设备入井运输安装的方案。经过详细分析研究,根据井下的涌水量、矿井井筒和井下巷道的布置方式制定了采用大功率潜水泵在主副井井筒同时排水,先恢复一水平泵房及变电所,再采用主井井筒排水、救灾潜水泵排水和斜巷下山追水配合的方式恢复二级泵房及变电所的总体方案,在方案的实施过程中,做到了2套稳水保障措施,在最关键的两级泵房恢复环节确保排水量的稳定和水位的安全控制,确保恢复期间人员设备的绝对安全,保证了矿井恢复的进度,确保了在矿井恢复期间的安全工作。
In the recovery process of Longmen Coal Mine,the key link was to predict dynamic and static water volume of mine shaft,to select drainage equipment and make drainage plan according to the predicted water inflow,as well as the plan of transportation and installation of equipment into the well.After detailed analysis and research,according to underground water inflow,the layout of mine shaft and underground roadway,the overall scheme of adopting high-power submersible pump to drain water in the main and auxiliary shaft at the same time,first restoring the first level pump house and substation,then using combination of main shaft drainage,rescue submersible pump drainage and inclined tunnel downhill water recovery to recover the second level pump house and substation were formulated.In the process of implementation,two sets of water stabilization guarantee measures have been implemented.In the most critical two-stage pump room recovery link,the stability of drainage volume and the safety control of water level have been ensured,and the absolute safety of personnel and equipment during recovery period has been ensured,that is,the progress of mine recovery has been ensured,and more importantly,the safety work during the mine recovery period has been ensured.
